Important Registration Dates

Registration system will be opened until the end of the conference, enabling non-authors and additional authors late registration.
One paid registration per paper is required for publishing in IEEE Xplore and inclusion in the conference program and conference proceedings.

Author's registration fee payment deadline is September, 14th, 2020

Discounts

Member discount is available for the following categories of the participants: IEEE student members, IEEE life members, IEEE PELS members and IEEE members. Please select appropriate category in the registration system. For IEEE status validation please fill-in your IEEE Membership number in the block „Please enter the number of each extra" in the registration process.

Registration Pricing - PEDG 2020 Virtual Event

All registration categories include full access to PEDG 2020 virtual platform, tutorials, keynote lectures, oral and poster sessions during and after the conference. Conference proceedings on USB stick will be send on demand (free of charge, full postal address is required) to authors and non-authors categories after the conference.

Authors - non IEEE members 300 EUR

Authors - IEEE members 275 EUR

Authors - PELS members 250 EUR

Authors - IEEE Life members 200 EUR

Authors - IEEE Student members 200 EUR

Non-authors 200 EUR

Additional paper (each) 100 EUR

Co-author of registered paper 50 EUR

Registration Notes

Please disregard security warning on the first registration page, due to certain incompability between server operating system and installed security certificate. However you will not be asked for any sensitive banking data on this page and for payment process you will be transferred to fully secure bank service page - WSPay payment gateway.

In the block 1st paper details, in the field ID you please fill-in paper ID obtained in ExORDO system. Please leave the field Extra pages blank. We do not have extra pages charge.

IEEE Membership number is filled-in in the block Please enter the number of each extra

You can choose between Bank Transfer and Credit card payment. For Bank Transfer, after entering your data, Proforma Invoice with all payment details will be e-mailed to you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is generally not allowed due to virtual conference nature and late terms. Exceptional refund requests will be charged 25% of paid amount and will be processed after the conference.
